Aged Care Support Staff Needed

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate individual to fill a Casual position in the Aged Care sector. As a valued member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care and support to our clients.

**Job Responsibilities**:

To perform all necessary functions related to Health and Safety

Conduct nursing practice in a way that can be ethically justified

To work within time frames allocated to staff members for each client within the aged care community

To assist in other duties as required by Medical Assist, the host employer or the Client's individual care plan

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Attention to detail

- Possess a caring and compassionate attitude to both staff and residents

- Time management and leadership skills

- Demonstrate high levels of written and verbal communication skills

- Relevant tertiary qualifications related to their position

- Experience in the aged care sector is a must

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities

- Able to maintain confidentiality and can work independently on assigned tasks

- Has a warm and caring disposition

- 10 hour shift

- 8 hour shift

- Afternoon shift

- Evening shift

- Morning shift

**Supplemental Pay Types:

- Bonus

- Commission

- Overtime pay

- Penalty rates

- Performance bonus

**Ability to Commute/Relocate:

- East Gosford NSW: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
