Key Roles and Responsibilities

We are seeking skilled assembly workers to join our production team. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling steel wall frames, roof trusses, and joists according to drafting plans.

  • Assemble and construct steel components using power tools and manual handling techniques.
  • Read and interpret basic drawings and framing plans.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless coordination and timely completion of tasks.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent work ethic, honesty, reliability, and punctuality.
  • Experience in the use of hand and power tools, with training provided if necessary.
  • A general understanding of assembly work and its requirements.
  • Comfortable with high-volume, repetitive work and able to meet deadlines.
  • A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
