About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Dignified Care Support Associate to provide high-quality care and support services to individuals with complex needs.

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting clients with daily living activities, personal care, and promoting autonomy in shared living environments.

The role involves working collaboratively with clients, families, and other stakeholders to identify and address their unique needs and preferences.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Provide personal care and daily living support to clients
  • Assist with manual handling and use of aids to promote independence
  • Support clients with complex medical requirements and behavioral challenges
  • Foster positive relationships with clients and families through effective communication and empathy
  • Manage challenging situations with professionalism and diplomacy
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Experience supporting high-needs disability clients
  • Confidence in manual handling and use of aids
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Flexibility for varied shifts and rostered work
  • Basic Microsoft Office skills (Word & Outlook)
  • Current Driver's Licence, Working With Children Check, NSW NDIS Worker Screening Check, and National Police Check
