The role of the Senior Manager, HSE requires a high level of expertise in Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) management.
- Ensure HSE goals, objectives and targets are achieved through personal leadership and involvement.
- Provide overall guidance from a HSE perspective to ensure that the Project HSE Management System is established and implemented into the overall Project execution strategy.
Responsibilities include:
- Championing a safety culture, behaviors and engagement activities.
- Identifying, evaluating, and resolving HSE issues during all phases of the Project.
- Coordinating with Construction engineers in different disciplines during the Construction phase for their tasks related to HSE activities.
Requirements for the role include:
- Minimum experience: 10 years in HSE management roles.
- Availability to work on a roster.
