Job Title: Governance and Supplier Excellence Manager
This is a strategic role responsible for embedding best-in-class supplier governance practices, ensuring compliance and driving continuous improvement across supplier operations.
The successful candidate will manage supplier lifecycle management, governance and compliance, operational excellence, performance reviews, registration platform management, data-driven insights, and reporting frameworks.
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- Experience in supplier governance, contract management and operational delivery within a corporate environment.
- Knowledge and understanding of supplier governance, operational and compliance risk frameworks.
- Highly organised, able to prioritise and manage time effectively.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a keen interest in process improvement.
- Ability to navigate cross-functional stakeholder environments and influence outcomes.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Commercial acumen and ability to connect the dots.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and digital collaboration tools (advantageous but not essential).
- A commitment to our Purpose and Values.
- Risk mindset: proactive identification and understanding of current and future risks, and the ability to identify and manage business risks.
