The Opportunity

As a Carer with Australian Unity Aboriginal Home Health, you'll have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of our elders and community, while enjoying ongoing training and development.

This role will be servicing the communities of Sutherland Shire, Sydney.

What We're Looking For
  • A compassionate, empathetic, respectful Carer
  • Has a reliable car and Australian Driver Licence
  • Vaccinated for COVID-19 (2 Doses)
  • 12 + months personal care experience required
  • Cert III in Individual Support will be highly regarded *can be obtained through our traineeships program - all fess paid (for eligible employees)
What You'll Be Doing
  • Perform Personal Care duties including showering, feeding and toileting; assist in oral medication
  • Social support such as accompanying our clients to their doctor appointment/s, shopping & social outings
  • Domestic assistance such as cleaning, laundry, vacuuming, bed making, and meal preparation
