Job Description

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Freelance Tennis Operator. This is a unique opportunity to work on some of the world's highest profile sports events, delivering officiating services at major tennis tournaments.

The successful candidate will have a passion for tennis and a love of sport. They will be responsible for setting up and testing all on-court technology, monitoring software and game progress, and ensuring match data is up to date and correct.

This is a seasonal role, ideal for students or individuals looking for part-time work that fits around their studies or other commitments.


Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A passion for tennis
  • A love of sport
  • A positive attitude, bringing energy to every day of the event
  • Ability to work independently and communicate confidently with officials
  • Ability to focus for long periods of time, following match play and identifying issues
  • The ability to work well under pressure to address issues quickly
  • Clear communication skills to report problems to supervisors
Nice to Have Skills:
  • Technical background - software, hardware or operations
  • A valid Construction Induction Card
  • Keen for potential future work with a sporting organization
