The Role

We are seeking a Production Supervisor to join our team at one of our Northern Rivers Concrete Plants. As a Production Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising a small team, supporting a strong safety culture, and ensuring the efficient production of concrete using multiple systems and processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise a small team and provide guidance and support as needed.
  • Support and promote a strong safety culture at all times.
  • Allocate and assign loads to drivers, manage stock, and coordinate deliveries.
  • Manage contractors carrying out site maintenance and perform yard maintenance and front-end loader operation.
  • Operate a forklift and manually handle bagged products.

Requirements

  • Be a team player with a strong work ethic and results-focused approach.
  • Have effective communication skills and be able to work under pressure.
  • Be physically able to perform all duties associated with the position.
  • Hold a valid driver's license and own transport, with front-end loader or forklift competency an advantage.
  • Be willing to complete a pre-employment medical, including a drug and alcohol screening.
  • Hold full Australian work rights with no limitation on hours or duration of employment.
