At Breville, we're on the hunt for a talented Brand Ambassador Specialist to join our global team. As the face of our brand on social media, you'll be responsible for crafting compelling content that resonates with our audience.

Your primary objective will be to create a consistent and engaging brand image across our social media channels, driving customer loyalty and retention. You'll also be tasked with developing and implementing effective social media strategies that align with our overall marketing goals.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Create and curate engaging content that showcases our brand personality and values.
  • Develop and implement a social media strategy that drives customer engagement and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with the Social Media Content Specialist to brainstorm and develop creative ideas based on performance data and emerging trends.
  • Manage day-to-day community interactions, responding to comments and messages to foster engagement and brand loyalty.
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics, providing actionable insights and suggesting platform-specific improvements.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in social media marketing and/or content creation.
  • Proven track record of creating engaging content that resonates with target audiences.
  • Strong understanding of social media best practices, branding, and marketing principles.
