MAC Cosmetics - Retail Artist - Full Time

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Retail Artist to join our team at MAC Cosmetics. As a Retail Artist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, creating a welcoming and inspirational in-store experience, and promoting our brand's products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personalized and authentic customer service, educating and delighting customers on our products and services.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our brand's products, including makeup artistry and techniques.
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales goals and drive business results.
  • Participate in visual merchandising and in-store events to create an engaging and impactful customer experience.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity to ensure we remain competitive.

Requirements:

  • Qualifications in makeup artistry or a related field (preferred).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment, including days, nights, weekends, and special events.
  • Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software.
  • Ability to provide proof of right to live and work in the country.
