Key Responsibilities- Develop and deliver undergraduate and graduate-level curricula in breadth subjects and initial teacher education programs.
- Enhance the faculty's reputation through scholarly activity aligned with its strategic priorities.
- Supervise research students and contribute to research funding initiatives.
- Pursue scholarship in the Health, Outdoor, Physical Education and Sport (HOPES) field.
- Hold a PhD or research doctorate relevant to the HOPES specialist area with a focus on education and teaching.
- Demonstrate experience in course development, subject coordination, and providing support to students on placement.
- Maintain a strong research profile with publications in leading academic outlets and the ability to contribute to research funding and supervision of graduate research students.
- This position requires a Working with Children Check.
- The successful candidate will be able to apply for the WWCC as part of the onboarding process.
