Job Description

The Security Team is responsible for protecting systems and data from information security threats.

This role involves working with cloud infrastructure platforms (e.g. AWS, GCP) and software development experience, with proficiency in either Golang or Python.

Key responsibilities include planning, designing, and executing sophisticated threat scenarios, researching viable attack paths, and collaborating closely with security incident responders to continuously uplift threat detection and response capabilities.

Key skills include demonstrated experience as an offensive security engineer, ability to effectively communicate operational findings and risk ratings, and practical experience with offensive security tools and techniques.

  • Design and execute advanced threat scenarios to identify vulnerabilities and response gaps in product, platform and infrastructure.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop effective risk mitigation strategies for enhancing security posture.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Security Engineer Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience as an offensive security engineer and performing team engagements from reconnaissance through to actioning on objectives.
  • Ability to effectively communicate operational findings, risk ratings and recommendations to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Practical experience with offensive security tools and techniques, and how they can be applied within a complex business environment.

Additional Requirements:

  • Experience with cloud infrastructure platforms (e.g. AWS, GCP).
  • Proficiency in either Golang or Python.
