We are seeking a skilled and compassionate individual to join our team as a Home Support Assistant. In this role, you will be responsible for providing personalized care and support to our clients in their own homes.

You will work closely with our clients to understand their unique needs and preferences, and develop customized care plans to meet their requirements.

Your day-to-day activities may include assisting with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, as well as providing emotional support and companionship.

Responsibilities
  • Assist with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to clients
  • Develop and implement customized care plans to meet client needs
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and progress
Requirements
  • A minimum of 3 months experience in a similar role
  • An Open class Australian Driver's Licence and your own insured, roadworthy vehicle
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Physical ability to perform tasks that require standing, walking, and lifting
