**What We're Looking For**



We're seeking a proven leader with a track record of driving significant business growth. The ideal candidate will be a strategic visionary with a deep understanding of the electrical industry and energy transition solutions. They will be a people-centric leader who empowers their team, fostering innovation and collaboration. Strong financial acumen and the ability to be accountable for P&L are essential. The successful candidate will also have experience in developing and executing comprehensive go-to-market strategies and aligning strategic vision with seamless execution to achieve growth targets.



**Key Responsibilities**




  • Leadership & Coaching: Inspire and empower the team to exceed expectations.
  • Go-to-Market Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive go-to-market strategy to introduce new market segments to our existing leading product range.
  • Market Expansion: Identify and capitalise on opportunities within a market ripe for disruption with a customer-centric approach.
  • Execution Excellence: Align strategic vision with seamless execution to achieve growth targets.
  • Team Development: Foster a culture of positive and safe innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement among employees.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Maintain, build, and influence complex stakeholder relationships at all levels.


Our Offer



We offer a competitive salary of $150,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits, including:
