We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Luxury Accommodation Booking Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our reservations department, you will be responsible for exceeding guest expectations by paying close attention to every accommodation booking.

The ideal candidate will have significant experience in hotel reservations or front office environments, with a proven track record of converting enquiries into bookings through their ability to engage and build rapport with guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Promote resort offers and promotions to increase sales
  • Juggle multiple calls and enquiries simultaneously

Requirements:
  • Experience with reservations systems, ideally Opera or similar
  • Intermediate to advanced skill level Microsoft Office Suite

  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Demonstrated experience working in a high volume inbound call environment
