Job Opportunity:

Seeking a Sales Support to enhance our team's performance in Roma, Australia.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform administrative tasks including stock control, ordering, receipting, and dispatching of goods
  • Assist customers with pricing and product queries
  • Process counter sales
  • Maintain safety processes
  • Assist with merchandise campaign material
  • Load and unload trucks, dispatch, and unpack orders and deliveries
About You:
  • Previous experience in a support role in a busy environment
  • Passion for Australian farming and agriculture, ideally with knowledge of animal health and rural merchandise
  • Experience working within a sales environment
  • Effective verbal communications skills to build long-term customer relationships
  • Proactive approach to work and practical organisation skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Problem solving skills and empathy to resolve customer issues promptly
  • Ability to identify ways to improve internal sales processes
  • Competent computer skills including Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Current driver's license essential and Forklift license advantageous but not required
