As a Sorting Professional, you will play a vital role in the treasure hunting process – sorting donations and preparing products for retail.
- Accepting donations on behalf of charity partners.
- Engaging with customers and donors to share our story and provide exceptional service.
- Sorting donations, pricing, grading, and hanging product for retail display.
- Working collaboratively with your team to meet daily production targets and support our safety culture.
About You:
To succeed in this role, you will possess a mix of the following skills:
- A flexible schedule, including part-time hours Monday to Friday between 7:30am-3:30pm.
- Experience working in fast-paced environments, such as retail, production, warehousing, or hospitality.
- A customer-focused mindset, with a passion for providing an exceptional experience at every interaction.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to adapt and improve continuously.
- A commitment to doing the right thing and standing up for what's right.
