Yard Technician

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance & Yard All-Rounder to fill this key role in our busy hire yard. This is an exciting opportunity to support the day-to-day maintenance activities and repairs of buildings and facilities, ensuring they are delivered to the highest standard.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for preparing, maintaining, and servicing our modular buildings and hire equipment to meet customer expectations. Your primary focus will be on supporting branch hire activities, carrying out minor repairs and maintenance, loading and unloading buildings and materials, and assisting with asset movements, stocktakes, and yard tasks.

• Loading and unloading buildings and materials
• Cleaning, prepping, and packing buildings to hire-ready condition
• Conducting minor repairs and maintenance
• Assisting with asset movements, stocktakes, and yard tasks
• Completing paperwork for dispatch and return of buildings
• Cleaning/testing hire equipment upon return

Requirements:

• Experience in building, construction, or maintenance (desired)
• Forklift licence - large forklift experience an advantage
• White Card / Construction Induction Card
• Open Driver's Licence
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
