Marketing Specialist

We're seeking a skilled Marketing Specialist to collaborate with our Senior Marketing Manager in driving impactful Partnership initiatives. This role involves overseeing marketing efforts for a selected priority vertical and collaborating globally to support the team in achieving objectives.

The successful candidate will play a critical role in driving business growth through innovative marketing strategies, event management, and partnership development.

About the Role:

  • Oversight of end-to-end event planning, logistics, and execution for select Partner events, Podium events, and Trade Shows.
  • Development of new event formats for customers and prospects, assessment of performance, measurement of ROI, and identification of areas for improvement.
  • Innovation of marketing initiatives highlighting unique features and benefits, driving new business through Partnerships.
  • Cross-functional collaboration with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product, to align efforts with company goals.
  • Consistent and compelling brand representation across all touchpoints.

Requirements:

  • 2-4 years of Marketing experience, preferably with a Retail and/or Auto Services background.
  • Commercially minded and results-driven mindset, with demonstrated success in managing Events and Partnerships.
  • Exceptional project management and organisational abilities to handle multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
