Key Responsibilities

Your key responsibilities will include:

  1. Preparing concept and schematic designs for various structures, including buildings, bridges, and other infrastructure projects.
  2. Undertaking detailed analysis and design computations, as well as overseeing the preparation of documentation and assisting with site phase delivery.
  3. Peer reviewing detailed calculations, technical reports, and design concepts to ensure accuracy and quality.
  4. Coordinating designs with other project team consultants, architects, and clients to ensure seamless project delivery.
  5. Providing financial oversight of projects under your direction, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
  6. Developing and maintaining a schedule for assigned work scope and associated deliverables, ensuring efficient project progress.
About You

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong track record of successful project delivery.
  2. Relevant tertiary qualifications in a field related to structural engineering.
  3. A proven ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
  4. Strong technical skills, including proficiency in software applications relevant to structural engineering.
  5. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely.
