About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Dental Assistant to join our team at Dental Corporation. As a key member of our dental team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and support to our dentists.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with patients by providing outstanding customer service and ensuring their comfort and well-being throughout their dental experience.
  • Prepare patients and facilities for dental treatment, ensuring a safe and clean environment.
  • Deliver high-quality chairside assistance to our dentists, providing accurate and timely support.
  • Provide instrument sterilization and infection control solutions, maintaining the highest standards of hygiene and safety.
  • Implement and maintain infection control standards and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Provide patient care from entry to the surgery, including recall management and follow-up care.

Requirements:

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients and colleagues.
  • Dental assisting experience highly regarded, but not essential.
  • Certificate 3 in Dental Assisting highly regarded, but not essential.
  • Passionate about delivering exceptional patient care and service.
  • Organized with attention to detail, with a proven track record of punctuality and reliability.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with a 'can-do' attitude.
