Senior Clinical Operations Executive

We are seeking an accomplished Senior Clinical Operations Executive to drive strategic growth and ensure the highest standards of care across our services.

This pivotal role requires exceptional leadership skills, clinical expertise, and a deep understanding of aged care reforms.

You will lead the preparation and execution of audits, provide clinical guidance across home and community care programs, and oversee workflows to ensure effective implementation.

Your key responsibilities will include:

Requirements
  • Tertiary Qualification in Nursing or a relevant clinical discipline (essential)
  • Current Registration with AHPRA (e.g. RN, Allied Health)
  • Postgraduate Qualifications in Health Management, Aged Care, or Clinical Governance (desirable)
  • 7–10 Years of senior leadership experience in clinical operations, aged care, community care, or healthcare
