Senior Inventory Specialist

As a Senior Inventory Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting and advising internal and external stakeholders on parts across our award-winning dealership in Northern Victoria. Your primary goal will be to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.
This exciting opportunity involves:
- Increasing and maximizing all parts sales by liaising with clients and providing regular inventory flow to ensure adequate supply and adherence to guidelines.
- Providing Parts Interpretation services via online, phone, and in-person interactions.
- Making phone contact with clients to increase business, promote new products, and improve customer relationships.
- Building long-term relationships with customers to ensure ongoing business and usage of genuine parts.
- Staying informed about latest product developments and updates to utilize them effectively.
- Participating in factory OEM training and development opportunities.
We welcome candidates with relevant experience in non-management positions seeking advancement opportunities. Consideration will be given to those who demonstrate strong understanding of inventory maintenance and stock management.
About YouTo succeed in this role, you should possess:
- High levels of customer focus, both internal and external.
- Experience and proficiency in inventory maintenance and stock management.
- Excellent attention to detail and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in computer skills, including Office365, Word, Excel, and other software.
- Bachelor knowledge of internal combustion engines and automatic transmissions.
