Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Exercise Physiologist to join our team at MedHealth Group. As an Exercise Physiologist - Occupational Rehabilitation Specialist, you will play a critical role in helping individuals with injuries or illnesses return to work.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments to identify clients' needs and develop personalized rehabilitation plans.
  • Collaborate with clients, employers, and healthcare professionals to implement effective return-to-work strategies.
  • Design and deliver injury prevention and workplace education programs to promote a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Utilize clinical knowledge and skills to improve return-to-work outcomes and reduce workplace injuries.
  • Work with a diverse range of clients, including those with physical and psychological conditions.
Requirements
  • Tertiary qualification in Exercise Physiology with registration with ESSA and SIRA Accreditation.
  • Previous experience in the Occupational Rehabilitation industry is highly regarded.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Compassion and empathy when working with clients.
  • Well-developed time management skills to manage a caseload.
  • A current NSW Driver's License and access to a car with comprehensive insurance.
