As our new Senior Urban Planner, you'll be part of a multidisciplinary team that works with clients across various sectors, including energy, government, transport, land, and water, and built environment.



The role is based in QLD and can be located in Brisbane, Gladstone, or Mackay. We're looking for someone with a genuine passion for re-imagining problems and continuous learning. You'll have a relevant qualification in Urban Planning or equivalent experience and a demonstrated ability to prepare well-written documents and planning advice for infrastructure and land use projects.



Your Key Responsibilities




  • Provide urban planning advisory and consulting services to public and private clients.
  • Lead and work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team for medium to large-scale infrastructure projects, including statutory approvals, strategic planning advisory services, structure and site master planning, due diligence, and feasibility studies.
  • Effectively manage project programs, budgets, resources, and deliverables to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Navigate complex technical and legislative requirements, frameworks, and approval pathways.
  • Exercise outstanding interpersonal skills to develop relationships with clients and critical internal and external stakeholders.
