About the Role
Civmec is seeking a dedicated Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) Advisor to join our team in the Pilbara region. As an HSE Advisor, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and well-being of our employees, contractors, and the environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough incident investigations and provide findings to project teams and management as required.
- Ensure all project activities, processes, and systems comply with relevant legislation and corporate compliance standards.
- Stay up-to-date with changes in legislation and apply them to applicable company standards, procedures, and plans.
- Support hazard investigations, ensuring quality and corrective actions address root causes to prevent reoccurrence.
Requirements
- Tertiary qualifications in Health & Safety or equivalent.
- Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety.
- ICAM or Taproot qualification.
- Certification with at least 5 years of experience in a similar role.
