Ancillary Governance and Compliance Specialist

">Job Description:

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in assisting the team responsible for the implementation and oversight of the global Anti-Bribery and Corruption programme.

This involves applying expertise in anti-bribery and corruption to monitor and assess regulatory changes, ensuring compliance with relevant laws including US FCPA and UK Bribery Act.

Responsibilities include governance, policy development, training, monitoring, oversight, and analysis of regulatory change.

">Key Skills and Qualifications:
  • Significant experience in financial crime risk management, especially anti-bribery and corruption
  • Experience in financial services or related industry, legal, or regulatory roles
  • Knowledge of global anti-bribery laws, including US FCPA and UK Bribery Act
  • Ability to draft policy content and deliver training is highly valued
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to build partnerships with senior leadership
