Job Role Overview

As a Swim Instructor, you will be responsible for imparting effective swimming and water safety skills to students of diverse ages, abilities, cultures, and needs.

You will deliver high levels of customer service, communicate effectively with students, and work flexible hours as required.

  • Teach swimming and water safety techniques to students of all ages and skill levels.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and respond to student needs in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and promote aquatic activities within the community.

To succeed in this role, you must possess current certifications including First Aid (Level 2) and CPR. You should also be willing to acquire additional certifications if necessary.

Key Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to adapt to changing situations.

A valid driver's license is not required for this position.
