We are seeking a motivated professional to join our team as an Employment Consultant in Queanbeyan, NSW.

About the Role

This exciting opportunity will see you working closely with job seekers and employers to deliver tailored employment solutions. As an Employment Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in supporting participants to transform their lives by identifying and securing employment opportunities, enhancing employability through training and support service referrals, and developing personalized job plans for clear employment pathways.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and secure employment opportunities for job seekers with local employers.
  • Support job seekers to identify skills to become job ready.
  • Deliver quality service while adhering to all contractual and compliance requirements.
  • Enhance job seekers' employability through training and support service referrals.
  • Develop personalized job plans for clear employment pathways.
To be Successful
  • You must be eligible to work in Australia.
  • You hold a current driver's licence and comprehensively insured vehicle.
  • You have a MyGovID (Standard level).
  • You are willing to complete a National Police Check.
  • You can pass a Working with Children Check.
  • You are available to work Full-Time Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm.
