Job Title: Lead Educator

The role of a Lead Educator at our centre is to create a nurturing environment that fosters learning and growth in young children. As a key member of our educational team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing engaging lesson plans that meet the unique needs of each child.

With your leadership skills and experience in early childhood education, you will inspire and motivate both children and educators alike. You will work closely with colleagues to develop curriculum plans and ensure seamless implementation across the centre. Key Responsibilities:
Design and implement high-quality educational programs that meet the needs of diverse learners
Lead by example, inspiring and motivating children and educators alike
Collaborate with colleagues to develop and deliver curriculum plans
Contribute to ongoing professional development programs, sharing best practices and expertise
Maintain accurate records and reports as required

Required Skills and Qualifications:
Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)
Valid Working with Children Check (WWCC) or Blue Card
Proven experience in a leadership role within an early childhood setting
Strong understanding of the National Quality Framework (NQF) and Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
