Job Description

At a domestic lounge, we strive to create a warm and welcoming environment for every guest. Our goal is simple: everyone should feel valued and at home.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create memorable service experiences for guests.
  • Maintain clean and tidy service areas and ensure buffet service is efficient.
  • Serve beverages using tray service, ensuring smooth and safe delivery to guests.
  • Load and unload service trolleys with glassware, cutlery, plates, and crockery.
  • Work closely with multiple departments, including front of house, culinary, and stores teams.
  • Maintain impeccable presentation standards.
  • Ensure high standards of hygiene for food handling and presentation.
Requirements:
  • A friendly, customer-focused attitude with a strong desire to provide total customer satisfaction.
  • Initiative to ensure positive, intuitive, and efficient interactions with customers.
  • Responsible Service of Alcohol Certification.
  • Previous customer service or hospitality experience.
  • Confidence in liaising with internal and external clients.
  • A high standard of grooming and personal presentation.
  • The ability to work various rostered shifts.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
