Logistics Project and Change Specialist

This role is pivotal in driving seamless, people-centric logistics solutions that enhance efficiency and digitisation.

  • Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead project delivery through effective stakeholder engagement and collaboration across departments.

    • Manage change management initiatives to ensure successful integration of new systems and processes.

    • Implement new TMS capabilities, promoting a user-centric approach throughout the project lifecycle.

    • Ensure seamless integration between digital solutions and physical operations, fostering fit-for-purpose processes.

    • Proactively manage project risks and issues to maintain project momentum.

Requirements:

  • Essential Qualifications:

    • Experience as a project and change manager with expertise in managing large-scale supply chain or TMS transformation projects.

    • Practical change management experience with a proven track record of optimising adoption and maintaining robust operations.

    • Strong stakeholder management skills, facilitating collaboration across internal and external partners.

    • Solutions-oriented approach with adaptability and a commitment to delivering real business impact.
