Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Cleaning Assistant to join our team at UniSQ Toowoomba. As a Cleaning Assistant, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene of our residential rooms, offices, classrooms, and other facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Clean and maintain residential rooms, including dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces
  • Perform cleaning tasks in offices, classrooms, laboratories, and other facilities
  • Identify and report maintenance issues to ensure prompt resolution
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve cleaning goals

Requirements:

  • Attention to detail and ability to work independently
  • Ability to lift and move cleaning equipment and supplies
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays
  • Availability to obtain a Blue card and Police Check
