**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our garden maintenance team as a Garden Maintenance Specialist. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about gardening and landscaping, and is looking to work in a dynamic and supportive team environment.

In this role, you will play a vital part in maintaining and enhancing gardens and outdoor spaces. Your responsibilities will include performing tasks such as planting, weeding, pruning, and watering, as well as mowing lawns, trimming edges, and caring for turf areas. You will also be responsible for preparing soil, mulch, and plant beds, operating and maintaining gardening tools and equipment, and adhering to safety protocols for a safe work environment.

A strong work ethic and commitment to completing tasks efficiently and to the highest standards is essential. You will also need to be able to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team. Finally, you will need to have a Valid Drivers License, White Card, and Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain).
