**Front Desk Agent Job Summary:**
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Front Desk Agent to provide exceptional customer service to our guests. As a key member of our front office, you will be responsible for greeting guests, performing check-in processes, and assisting with check-out procedures.
The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of progressive experience in a Guest Services role, preferably in a hotel environment. You will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Greeting guests and performing check-in processes, including inputting and retrieving information from our computer system.
- Assisting guests with check-out procedures, including handling money, processing credit and debit cards, and making change.
- Providing personalized service to our guests, responding to their inquiries and requests in a timely and friendly manner.
- Maintaining a professional working relationship with managers, employees, and other departments.
We offer a competitive salary range of $22.50 per hour and opportunities for career advancement in a dynamic and growing organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Guest Service:
- Provide exceptional customer service to all guests.
