About This Role

We are seeking a Fund Analyst to assist the Fund Manager and Senior Fund Analyst in implementing the Investment Strategy for our Fund.

The successful candidate will provide analytical insights into the Fund's portfolio, focusing on characteristics, drivers, risks, and opportunities. Reporting to the Head of Industrial Funds, you will collaborate with Leasing Managers, Asset Managers, and Finance and Capital Transactions teams to achieve the Fund's objectives.

  • Implementing the Fund's Investment Strategy and supporting investment decisions and portfolio management.
  • Liaising with key investor contacts and providing strategic analysis for investor decisions.
  • Developing financial models, preparing quarterly and annual investor reports, and managing budgets and asset planning.
  • Conducting research on the industrial market and analyzing the impact of transactions.
  • Supporting fund compliance and ESG initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. To assist in implementing the Investment Strategy and supporting investment decisions and portfolio management.
  2. To liaise with key investor contacts and prepare marketing materials for them.
  3. To develop financial models, prepare investor reports, and manage budgets and asset planning.
  4. To conduct research on the industrial market and analyze its impact on the Fund.
  5. To support the Fund's compliance with regulatory requirements and Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) initiatives.

Requirements

  • Tertiary qualifications in Property, Finance, or Commerce; additional studies or professional courses are advantageous.
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in property or finance; strong financial modeling skills; familiarity with funds, finance structures, and reporting.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint; strong communication skills.
  • Strategic thinking, collaboration, interpersonal skills, independence, curiosity, and good time management.
  • Attention to detail, initiative, positivity, teamwork, flexibility, discretion, and sensitivity handling information.
