You will be responsible for elaborating scope of works for bids and technical/commercial evaluation for assigning contracts.

Qualifications:
Skills & Experience
Degree Level: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in relevant field. Experience in project management and contracting management required.
Industry Knowledge: Oil and Gas Industry.
Experience with Commercial Contracts: 3+ years.
Languages: English (fluency).
Skillset: Excellent communication and organizational skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Master's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
Project Management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2).
Prior experience in regulatory affairs.
Certified Commercial Contract Manager (CCC).
