The role involves leading by example, creating memorable and honest customer connections.

  • You will assist in the training and development of your team to help deliver store objectives and key performance indicators.

  • Previous experience with executing visual merchandising in-store is highly valued.

  • Manage high stock volumes and be willing to process deliveries when necessary.

  • Collaborate with the Store Manager on operational and ad-hoc tasks as required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead by example, creating memorable customer experiences.

  • Assist in training and developing the team to achieve store objectives.

  • Execute visual merchandising in-store effectively.

  • Manage stock volumes and perform delivery processing duties as needed.

  • Collaborate with the Store Manager on various operational and ad-hoc tasks.
