Project Lead Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Lead to support the implementation of cross-health service projects.

About the Role:

This is a senior leadership role responsible for providing high-level project oversight and governance, including coordinating and preparing reporting for governance meetings.

The successful candidate will be required to develop clear processes and structures to ensure delivery against agreed commitments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the implementation of cross-health service projects across multiple sites.
  • Engage with key stakeholders to ensure effective collaboration and communication.
  • Provide high-level project oversight and governance to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Develop program strategy and project plans to meet business objectives.
  • Ensure robust project management practices are applied to deliver programs and projects within scope, time, and budget.

About You:

To be considered for this role, you will need experience in service redesign, program or project management, demonstrated through successful delivery of complex projects/programs, ideally in healthcare.

You will also need to have a proven ability to lead and manage projects and the resources required to deliver them.

Able to work in a highly dynamic environment and at pace, excellent communication skills, including well-developed writing skills are essential.

Maintain effective working relationships with a large and diverse range of stakeholders to foster and enable collaboration.

Your expertise in developing program strategy and project plans will be critical in driving business growth and delivering results.
