CALHN is seeking a highly skilled Senior Clinical Neuropsychologist or Clinical Neuropsychologist to join our dynamic multidisciplinary team at Hampstead Rehabilitation Centre. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with allied health, medical, and nursing professionals to provide world-class care to older adults.
Key Responsibilities- Complete comprehensive assessments of cognition and decision-making capacity for patients with complex neurological conditions.
- Provide expert consultation and feedback to medical and allied health team members to inform patient care.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address cognitive and behavioral symptoms.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide behavioral intervention and management for patients with dementia and other cognitive impairments.
