Cyber Risk and Compliance Manager

NTT is seeking a seasoned professional to lead our cyber risk and compliance efforts. As a Principal Cyber Risk and Compliance Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of NTT services to the agreed security standard and helping clients adopt additional security capability to enhance their security posture.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their operational environment and the role NTT plays in delivering their ISMS outcomes.
- Lead incident response efforts, working closely with the client's security team and internal stakeholders to resolve incidents.
- Deliver contracted inputs to the client's compliance processes, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements.
- Lead regular NTT internal security reviews to ensure compliance with applicable frameworks.
- Ensure NTT's vulnerability management and patching obligations are met.
- Regularly review information security and risk processes and policies, suggesting enhancements to NTT processes in conjunction with the client and NTT stakeholders.
- Recommend security enhancement options to address client operational and security challenges.
- Work with client and NTT subject matter experts to identify security risks and vulnerabilities, recommending rectification activities.
- Industry accreditations such as CISM, CISSP, CISA, CRISC, or GIAC are highly desirable.
- Experience working as a CSO, CISO, or Information Security Manager is essential.
- Able to demonstrate an understanding or experience of operating within an ITIL-based service delivery environment.
- Extensive background in managing security incident management services, security audits, business continuity planning, and risk management.
- Well-versed in compliance and specific regulatory and privacy requirements.
- AGSVA Clearance or ability to obtain one is highly desirable.
