Process Improvement Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Process Improvement Specialist to join our Amazon Australia Learning Team. In this role, you will work collaboratively with our workplace process trainers to deliver high-quality training to our new and existing workforce.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for both new and experienced associates.
  • Perform data entry tasks, including creating and updating training rosters.
  • Lead and support ambassadors in delivering training and coaching to associates.
  • Evaluate and monitor training efforts to ensure effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Maintain proficiency in warehouse processes and become a subject matter expert in new processes.
  • Ensure compliance with safety procedures and take corrective action when necessary.
  • Support area readiness and organization for all Learning areas and training locations.

Requirements

  • Flexible scheduling, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
  • 1+ years of experience with Microsoft Office products and applications.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Able to work 40 hours per week, with overtime as required.
