About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Chief Client Officer to join our team at CLevelCrossing. As a key member of our Leadership Team, you will play a lead role in our strategic initiatives, driving growth and improving our client service and experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement innovative product offerings, coverage, and delivery channels to meet client needs.
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, including large and complex accounts, to drive revenue growth.
  • Strengthen technical and sales capabilities across our organization to ensure the best advice and service is being delivered to clients.
  • Assist in reviewing and improving our operations to ensure seamless transitions and improved retention rates.
  • Engage with executive stakeholders to influence and drive business decisions.
About You

We are looking for an enthusiastic and highly motivated individual with a strong client service focus, excellent communication skills, and a proven track-record in managing and growing revenue through sales and service channels.

You will have a strong technical understanding of general insurance and the ability to engage and influence executive stakeholders.
