
Chief Financial Analysis Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Forensic Investigator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting thorough financial investigations into cases of suspected misconduct, identifying and highlighting issues emerging from financial analysis, and extracting valuable insights from data, information, and documentation.
- Conduct detailed financial examinations to identify potential breaches of financial regulations.
- Develop and implement effective strategies to address identified issues and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Work closely with other teams to ensure effective enforcement outcomes and drive business growth.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline, such as accounting or commerce, paired with completed or commenced CPA/CA qualifications. They will also have a sound understanding of general accounting principles, financial analysis, and audit, as well as relevant investigative accounting insolvency/audit work experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, deliver, and monitor small to medium-sized projects related to financial investigations.
- Draw out and verify information using various techniques, including asking probing questions.
- Present complex information to different audiences through excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.
- Completed or commenced CPA/CA qualifications.
- Sound understanding of general accounting principles, financial analysis, and audit.
- Relevant investigative accounting insolvency/audit work experience.
