About the Role

We are seeking a diligent and enthusiastic individual to join our Cleaning and Trolley Collection team as a Clean and Tidy Store Team Member.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Executing a checklist of cleaning tasks throughout the store to maintain a high standard of cleanliness.
  • Utilizing various equipment and cleaning products to sweep, mop, vacuum, scrub, and buff floors in the store, team rooms, toilets, and offices.
  • Cleaning and dusting shelving, refrigeration rooms, industrial ovens, and drains to ensure a safe and healthy environment for customers and colleagues.
  • Collecting trolleys from in and around the store and carpark, regardless of weather conditions.

About You and Your Skills

  • Working both indoors and outdoors, you will be trusted to work autonomously and in a group setting, demonstrating your ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • A commitment to providing great customer experiences by working with enthusiasm, energy, and pace, ensuring a positive shopping experience for our valued customers.
  • A keen eye for detail and cleanliness, maintaining high standards of tidiness and organization in all areas of the store.
  • A passion for working safely and adhering to Coles' Safe Work practices, prioritizing the well-being of yourself and your colleagues.
  • The ability to set priorities, meet deadlines, and demonstrate a solid work ethic, consistently delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
  • To be active and physically fit, able to lift up to 17kgs and work in a variety of shift times between 5am-11pm, 7 days per week.
