Operations Manager - Resource Recovery Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated professional to oversee the planning and delivery of our operations, working closely with our Business Development team to provide solutions for our customers, fleet, and subcontractors.

  • Ensure compliance with company requirements across all fleet and subcontractor activities.
  • Recruit new subcontractors to enhance the contractor database and drive business growth.
  • Implement effective communication strategies to resolve operational challenges and improve overall efficiency.
  • Manage administrative tasks, data preparation, processing, analysis, storage, and reporting to support business demands.
  • Contribute to the development and improvement of systems and processes to meet business needs.

This role requires a qualified logistics professional with experience in fleet allocation/scheduling. A strong work ethic, collaborative mindset, and ability to prioritize workflows are essential qualities for success.
