
Service Contract Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned Service Contract Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer relationship management skills and a proven track record of driving revenue growth through strategic account management.
The role involves maintaining relationships with existing service contract customers, expanding opportunities with key accounts, and identifying new business prospects. Through a customer-focused approach, the successful candidate will assist in developing and executing plans to strengthen and grow profitable service contract market share across our Medical portfolio.
The Service Contract Specialist will be responsible for:
- Maintaining daily call quotas for existing and potential customers with service contract offerings
- Developing leads through preparation and interpretation of service reports
- Communicating leads to sales counterparts for development and execution
- Maintaining a customer database, including potential opportunities
- FOLLOW UP ON RENEWABLE SERVICE PROPOSALS AND FACILITATE CONTRACT EXECUTION
- MONITOR NEW PURCHASES AND CREATE SERVICE CONTRACT PROPOSALS FOR SALES TEAMS
- CREATE AND INTERPRET REPAIR ANALYSIS FOR CUSTOMER EXPLANATIONS
- Follow up on service contract quotes, including purchase orders and acceptance schedules
- BUILD LASTING CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIPS ALIGNED WITH OUR CORE VALUES

The ideal candidate will have sales experience in the medical device industry, tertiary studies in Business or Marketing, and proven sales achievement with a clear understanding of the sales cycle.
