We're seeking a highly skilled Clinical Care Specialist to join our team in providing exceptional care to residents.
- The successful candidate will provide direct clinical nursing care to residents with an individual, person-centred approach.
- Act as a leader and provide coaching, supervision, and guidance to the personal care team.
- Maintain a safe work environment by adhering to all policies and procedures.
To be successful in this role you'll need:
- A current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) following completion of a Bachelor of Nursing or similar qualification.
- A thorough understanding of aged care legislation and quality standards.
- Demonstrated knowledge of An-ACC assessment processes.
- Strong clinical knowledge of age-related health issues and a willingness to continuously update your skills.
- Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
- A commitment to working collaboratively with the team to deliver high-quality care.
