The ORS Group is expanding its Speech Pathology team, seeking a dedicated Speech Pathology Specialist to provide clinical services to participants aged 0-65. As a member of our national therapy team, you will work across early intervention, school age, adolescent, and adult services, assessing and developing interventions for clients with various presentations, diagnoses, and disability types.

You will work closely with clients, celebrating their achievements, and contributing to their personal growth and development. Your role may involve:

  • Communication Assessments
  • Swallowing and Paediatric Feeding (Dysphagia) Assessments
  • Mealtime Management Plan development and reviews
  • Augmentative and Alternative Communication Assessments
  • Ongoing therapy

You will work in a variety of settings, including family homes, disability group homes, day programs, schools, preschools, community settings, telehealth, and ORS offices. We provide access to administration and IT support, high-quality assessment tools, online resources, professional development opportunities, and the chance for clinical specialization and career progression.
