Position Overview

We are looking for a Project Management Specialist with NV2 security clearance to play a crucial role in defining, documenting, and executing various projects or sub-projects aimed at achieving our business goals. You will collaborate with a small team or work independently, engaging in all stages of the project lifecycle. To excel in this position, you must possess strong project management capabilities, effective communication skills, and a dedication to delivering projects within established timelines and budgets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the Overseas Fit-out Team.
  • Regularly interact with the project team, finance department, and Project Management Office (PMO).
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, assisting the project team with administrative tasks such as travel arrangements, procurement, documentation drafting, financial oversight, and meeting participation.
  • Location: Canberra/Barton, with domestic and international travel required.
  • Security Clearance: NV2
